An Alternative To Floor Joists

The open webbing of floor truss allows for easy placement of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, while also minimizing bounce. Floor trusses can span further than dimensional lumber or I-Joist. Longer spans and girder truss options reduce the need for costly additional support items such as bearing walls, beams, columns, and footings.
